We have in house one Tosoh TSKgel® SuperSW mAb HR (PN 0022854) HPLC column, which is able to separate antibody fragments, monomers and dimers for absolute and relative quantification of your protein samples. Quantification is done on basis of diode-array detection using the appropriate wavelength. For proteins in general 280 nm is used.
