mRNA and siRNA quantification in biofluids, cell or tissues

These highly polar molecules require dedicated ion-pair UHPLC to result in high resolution. We can determine the degree of methylation to characterize the RNA molecule, and quantify low levels in complex biological matrices according to a proper QC standard. Our sensitive 6490 QqQ mass spectrometer is able to selectively monitor the compound of interest with one mass unit resolution.
